Gilt MAN x Samsung Galaxy

Meet Our Fashion Week A-Team

Check back every day for the latest from New York Fashion Week — but first check out who we've enlisted to cover the action for us.

We’ve teamed up with Samsung Mobile and a crew of #menswear all-stars — who each received a Galaxy Note II — to bring you the latest from New York Fashion Week, so check back every day for dispatches from the front lines of Fall ’13. But first, a few words about each of our #NYFW contributors:

Yale Breslin, Malcolm
Yale is a freelance writer from New York City. You’ve probably seen his stuff in Racked or on his blog, Yale will be our on-the-ground reporter, getting up close and personal with your favorite designers and brands.

John Jannuzzi,
John has been a mainstay in the digital fashion scene for some time now, first with his popular tumblr, Textbook, and most recently as the Contributing Digital Editor for Lucky Magazine. Jannuzzi is also an exceptional sketch artist and he’ll be using the Note II’s drawing features to give us his take on the trends and pieces he sees throughout the week.

Street Etiquette
It’s hard to argue with the impeccable taste and eye for culture Joshua Kissi and Travis Gumbs have cultivated on their popular menswear blog. They’ll be providing us with a snapshot of the best moments and cultural pinpoints they always seem capture (or be a part of) during Fashion Week.

Steven Rojas, Grandlife Hotels
In addition to spearheading the Grandlife Hotels’ ever-expanding social media footprint, Rojas is one of NYC’s top party hosts and DJs. Mr. Rojas will be our late-night dispatcher, giving us an inside look at some of Fashion Week’s best parties and events.

William Yan, Photographer
Although some may know him for his street style shots, Yan’s impeccably shot campaigns with brands like Heineken, Supra, and Timberland are not to be cast aside. We’re excited to have Yan on board to help us see Fashion Week through his eyes and truly capture the details that make what people wear this week so special.
