Summer's almost here, and we can’t wait to mix a mojito, throw open the windows, and get decorating. To kick-start the season, we’re giving you a chance to refresh your home with a Gilt shopping spree by proving your design skills. Using Pinterest, create a pinboard inspired by one of the following trends using content from Gilt.com/home and around the Web:
Just follow these easy steps:
1. Follow Gilt Home on Pinterest: http://pinterest.com/gilthome
2. Starting on May 10, 2012, create a pinboard and title it “Gilt Home #PinIntoSummer – Trend Name” (indicating which of the three above trends you select).
3. Add at least 10 pins to your board from gilt.com/home and around the Web. One should be a repin of the trend on Gilt Home’s #PinIntoSummer board. At least five pins must be from gilt.com/home
4. Include the #PinIntoSummer hashtag in each pin’s description.
5. Email the URL of your board to: pinintosummer@gilt.com. You can keep updating your board after you’ve emailed the link, as long as you make these changes before the contest ends on May 31, 2012.
Our editorial team will select the best board for each trend. The winners will receive $500 in Gilt.com credit. We’ll also award $100 in Gilt.com credit to the user with the most followed board, so share your entry with your friends!
You can create as many boards for as many of the above trends as you like. It’s up to you!
