With its commitment to craftsmanship, Momeni hand-makes every rug, be it a super-luxe Persian carpet or a polypropylene outdoor runner. The family-owned company draws its design inspiration from Eastern and Western textiles like Turkish kilims and Native American blankets, as well as from more everyday sources such as cobblestone streets. And although Momeni weaves the majority of its indoor floor coverings from silk and New Zealand wool, (including its traditional Asian and European patterns), it also creates a few from acrylic (mainly its children's and tween lines). But whatever the material and whatever the use, Momeni rugs reflect a timeless love of texture and artistry.
