Core Bamboo’s kitchenware is green, but it comes in a rainbow of hues. The company’s products are made from 100 percent organically grown bamboo that has been fastened with water-based adhesives, finished in natural oils, and, in most cases, coated in colored lacquers derived (naturally) from cashew trees. Particularly alluring are Core’s round and rectangular trays; their high-sheen shallow bowls and charming serving spoons; and their double-handled bucket bowls.
