Maribel Lieberman's first career in food was as a celebrity caterer (Whoopi Goldberg and Bill Clinton were clients). But the real stars of those evenings were Lieberman's ganache-filled chocolates, and it wasn't long before they became her focus. Today, Lieberman uses single-sourced Columbian and Venezuelan chocolate, heavy cream and exotic fruits and spices to create a brilliant array of global flavors.
