Description
Fished from the white sands off the Canary Islands, this is the most pristine baby octopus we’ve ever seen. The meat is tender and tastes like the sea with a briny bite. And, it's simple to cook. Simply boil for 5 minutes in a pot of salted water and then turn off the heat and let it sit for 20 minutes more. Remove, slice and season with lemon zest, olive oil, and freshly chopped herbs.
