Whether it’s smoky Andouille, spicy chorizo or traditional French garlic sausage, we think there’s room in every dish for some sausage! Slice the garlic sausage and pile it on a crusty baguette slathered with mustard. Fold slices of the Andouille into stew or rice. Add the chorizo to a pot of steamed mussels or even grill and eat it like a hot dog. Each of these sausages was handmade in small batches and will arrive fully-cooked and ready-to-enjoy.
