For garlicky shrimp or grilled salmon: We love the lemon-yellow St. Regis – a dry, unoaked 100% Viognier wine – for its summery notes: peach, citrus and hints of mint. Beautifully fresh with great acid, this wine plays best with seafood straight off the grill.
To pair with juicy burgers and dry-aged steaks: The ruby-red full-bodied "Beaulieu" is a blend of Cabernet-Sauvignon, Grenache, Merlot and Cinsault with bold flavors of blackberries, notes of nutmeg and tarragon and a long, winding finish.
