Description
Founded only two years ago, Monte’s Ham has gotten enormous acclaim. As a New York Times writer said of his dinner guests: “They went crazy for Monte's ham, clamoring for seconds and thirds … boldly demanding to take home the leftovers.” Is it the glaze, made with Dijon mustard, orange marmalade, and organic brown sugar, or the ham itself, free from nitrates and made from grass-fed, free-range hogs? Maybe it’s the hickory smoke flavors naturally infusing the meat. We’re not sure, but we know we love it.
