Smoked Yuzu-Rubbed Scallops:
- Picked by hand; these scallops are off of "day" boats directly out of Boston, Massachusetts
A Yuzu dry rub is applied to the scallops and then are smoked, resulting in scallops with a silky soft texture and caramelized from the smoking process with a perfect balance of citrus and heat
Arrives in a 16 ounce container
