Seattle Chef Josh Henderson created the original bacon jam, slathering it on burgers he made in his Airstream-trailer-turned-food-cart. Adored by foodies nationwide (including Martha Stewart), the classic gets a new twist-- a spritz of lemon juice, cider vinegar, dark brown sugar, black pepper and fennel. Use it to marinate ribs or toss it with hot fried chicken wings, or simply slather it on a chicken sandwich. With a product this good, it’s hard to go wrong.
