Description
Former Madagascar Peace Corps volunteers decided to break with chocolate-making tradition and make high-end chocolate in that nation. They hired locals and used local cacao beans, and the results are extraordinary—including this hot chocolate collection. This kit includes a slightly bitter 80% cocoa content chocolate. Just whisk in milk and a beautiful vanilla cane sugar. (A recipe card is included in this kit).
