Designing couture for preteen girls gives Sally Miller a unique perspective on fashion. Rather than shrink grown-up designer clothing styles down to size, Miller pays closer attention to girls’ changing figures. Launched in 2007, her collection includes lace baby-doll dresses, paisley print tops, leggings, and other designs inspired by Miller’s own free-spirited daughters.
