Gorgeous and vibrant prints, ultra-feminine silhouettes and exquisite fabrics are the key ingredients of fashion designer Ranna Gill’s elegant collection of contemporary women’s clothing. Based in New Delhi, Gill studied at FIT in NYC and worked for Donna Karan and Ralph Lauren before launching her eponymous label in the 1990s. Many of Gill’s creations nod to Indian culture and design: tunics and maxi dresses feature intricate embroidery detailing, swimwear and woven jewelry pieces come in bright and bold colors, and her sumptuous wedding gowns boast jeweled bodices and elegant draping. Made of viscose, chiffon and super-soft jersey knit, Ranna Gill’s womenswear feels as luxe as it looks.
