Brand: Lisa Curran Swim
Material: 80% polyamide and 20% elastane shell
Origin: United States
This colorful mix has you covered whether you’re hitting the gym or lounging by the pool. Make a statement no matter what your day has in store with everything from colorblocked running shorts and racerback tanks to bejeweled bikinis and breezy chiffon caftans.
Designer Lisa Curran founded her eponymous swimwear line in 1997 to serve a demographic that she herself belonged to: fashionable women who had trouble finding swimsuits that were, you know, actually flattering. Inspired by her frustrating bikini quest, Curran created a collection of chic and well-fitting suits and cover-ups that cater to women of diverse body shapes and sizes. From black tankinis to yellow bikinis, white tunics and embroidered caftans, Curran’s unique designs are constructed from fine Italian fabrics and feature prints inspired by everything from vintage dresses to antique china. In recent years Curran has expanded her label to include dresses, shirts and other separates — some of which have appeared in the pages of Lucky, Harper's Bazaar, and Elle.
