You can create a return by visiting the Returns section of My Account.
You can return multiple items at the same time. If you have already created a return and want to add additional items, you must cancel the initial return and start a new return adding each of the items you want to return in the same shipment.
You can cancel a return from the Return History or Return details section of My Account.

Also remember to check the return policy for each item as you look at the detail. It’s on the detail page for every item we sell.
We currently process returns in an average of 3 days of receipt. Remember that the package also needs some time to travel – it usually takes about 5 days to get to us if you’re on the west coast.
We’ll try to get yours processed as quickly as we can so that you can visit our sales!
We authorize your card at the time that you place your order. This simply means that your bank will confirm that there is funding for your purchase. This takes a few days to drop off, and if you use a debit card, your bank will likely restrict the use of those funds during that time.
We’ll collect payment only at the time that we ship your order. So, if for some reason we are unable to ship your order, we won’t charge you at all (and we’ll do our best to let you know that quickly!)
If you see any anything that looks unusual, or a charge that you don’t recognize:
1. Check your order history at http://www.gilt.com/account. Look for orders that recently shipped.
2. If you still don’t recognize the charge, give us a call and we’ll work with you to resolve it.

If you have any unused BuyWithMe credit, it has also been added to your Gilt account for use on your next purchase. You can use these account credits at Gilt Groupe, Gilt Taste, Park and Bond or Gilt City.
Your unredeemed, unexpired vouchers are valid for use with us! Simply login to your account using your BWM username and password and your vouchers will be waiting for you.
