Giles & Brother is a family affair — a successful collaboration between jewelry designer Philip Crangi and his sister, Giles. Founded in 2001, this NYC-based jewelry label specializes in seasonal men’s and women’s jewelry inspired by the seas, the railways, and landmarks in between: think fish-hook wrap bracelets, railroad spike bangles and necklaces, cuffs made of nuts and bolts, nail head cufflinks, and other unisexy pieces, rendered in sterling silver or gold vermeil. Initial charms, rope belts, and key rings round out Giles & Brother’s rugged collection, which has appeared in Marie Claire, Harper's Bazaar, and other top fashion publications.
